Make the pup pop mixture
- If using a blender: add the mashed banana, chopped pineapple, plain unsweetened yogurt, natural peanut butter, and rolled oats to the blender jar; add 1 tablespoon of cold water to start.
- Blend or pulse until smooth but still slightly textured so small fruit bits remain. If the mixture is too thick, add the second tablespoon of water and pulse again.
- If you don’t have a blender: mash the banana in a mixing bowl with a fork until smooth, stir in the finely chopped pineapple, yogurt, peanut butter and oats, and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Fill molds and freeze
- Place one banana slice into the bottom of each popsicle mold or silicone cavity to create an attractive garnish and anchor.
- Spoon or pour the mixture into the molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks (if using molds that require them) and transfer the molds to the freezer. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Serve and store
- To unmold, briefly run the outside of the silicone mold under lukewarm (not hot) water for 10–20 seconds and gently pull the pop free.
- Serve an appropriately sized portion to your dog immediately; return unused pops to the freezer in an airtight container or covered mold.
